We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join our team and play an important role in establishing our Arlington office.
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
The OpportunityThis is an experienced client service and operations position for someone who understands the pace, precision, confidentiality, and follow-through required in a successful wealth management practice.
The Senior Client Services Administrator will work closely with Emerald's advisors, clients, custodians, and operations team to deliver a high-quality client experience and ensure that day-to-day client service and account administration are handled accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working for an RIA, wealth management firm, financial advisory practice, family office, or similar financial-services organization.
Prior experience with Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity is strongly preferred.
As one of the first team members in our new Arlington office, this individual will also have the opportunity to help establish the service culture and operating standards of an important new office while joining an established and growing firm.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Administrator to join our team and play an important role in establishing our Arlington office.

Key Responsibilities- Serve as a key administrative and operational point of contact for clients and advisors.
- Deliver a highly responsive, professional, and confidential client experience.
- Coordinate new-client onboarding and account establishment.
- Prepare and process account applications, transfers, distributions, deposits, beneficiary changes, and other custodial documentation.
- Work directly with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, and other custodial and financial-services partners to resolve account and service matters.
- Monitor account-opening, transfer, and service requests through completion and proactively follow up on outstanding items.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, workflows, and CRM information.
- Coordinate client meetings, scheduling, preparation, and follow‑up.
- Prepare client meeting materials and assist advisors with financial‑planning and investment information.
- Support money movement and other client requests in accordance with established firm procedures and security protocols.
- Assist with ongoing account maintenance and operational workflows.
- Communicate effectively with clients, advisors, custodians, and outside professionals.
- Protect confidential client information and consistently follow the firm’s compliance, cybersecurity, privacy, and operational procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and help create scalable processes as Emerald continues to grow.
