• Prepare and deliver daily cash position and balance sheet reports to support financial oversight.
• Monitor VIZO account activity and ensure transactions and balances are properly maintained.
• Execute daily wire transfers to maintain appropriate funding levels in the VIZO Settlement Account.
• Process, review, and reconcile Money Gram transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations, including Cash in Transit (731900 Deposits) and Mobile Deposit (731910) accounts.
• Assist with the purchase and management of investment securities as needed.
• Monitor compliance with ALCO policy limits and provide regular reporting on positions and exceptions.
• Prepare and post month-end participation loan entries and support the monthly close process.
• Contribute to month-end financial reporting, analysis, and account review activities.
• Prepare departmental financial reports and investigate significant budget-to-actual variances.
• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and consistently reported.

• 2+ years banking or credit union accounting is required
• 5+ years general accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience performing general ledger reconciliations and investigating account discrepancies.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and the ability to analyze and explain budget-to-actual variances.
