Financial Analyst, Global Ops Enterprise Services; GOES) Finance

Amazon seeks a highly motivated finance professional with an AI-first mindset to support the Global Ops Enterprise Services (GOES) Finance team. GOES is a leader in real-estate, strategic portfolio management, sustainability commitments, and a centralized shared services support across the global portfolio. This is a great opportunity to support GOES in a role with high impact and visibility to business-critical processes that will require interactions with Director and above leadership across Operations and Finance.

• Develop partnerships and use data to influence leadership decision-making
• Drive financing modeling and analysis for new initiatives - Lead long- and short-term financial planning, including financial reviews with senior business partners (including Director and above)
• Manage competing priorities to complete both ad-hoc and strategic projects
• Seek opportunities to resolve defects and reduce cost through audits
• Improve, scale, and simplify finance tools across teams and organizations
• Communicate financial insights (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner. Adapt communication based on intended audience to clearly articulate complex financial considerations.
• Promote a positive and collaborative culture.

Individuals in this role have advancement opportunities to support different businesses and multi-functional teams, to lead new programs and initiatives, and to manage larger teams within the company

• 1+ years of finance experience
• 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
