A growing professional services organization supporting federal clients is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our contracts team. This role supports the full lifecycle administration of complex government contracts and partners closely with finance, contracts leadership, and project teams to ensure compliance and successful execution.
Key Responsibilities- Administer a portfolio of federal contracts and task orders (FFP, Cost Reimbursement, T&M) from award through closeout
- Manage contract setup, modifications, funding actions, reporting, and closeout in Costpoint
- Advise Project Managers and leadership on contractual requirements, funding status, and risk
- Monitor contract performance and support risk mitigation efforts
- Interpret and apply FAR/DFARS and agency-specific requirements
- Review and execute NDAs and routine contractual documents
- Coordinate with accounting, subcontracts, proposals, and project teams
- Maintain audit-ready contract files and support closeout activities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of federal government contracting experience (DoD and/or civilian)
- Solid knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal regulations
- Strong experience with FFP, Cost Reimbursement, and T&M contracts
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
