Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. (SGT) is a Federally compliant U.S. organization that delivers to the Federal Government the full spectrum of Siemens’ globally trusted and recognized solutions (products and services), in all 50 U.S. states and its territories, and in many countries at U.S. Government locations. SGT is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, and we are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of National Security Solutions accountable for growth of strategic federal customers as the lead for all SGT products and services into the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities- Lead, manage and grow sophisticated federal government projects independently within established guidelines for the United States Intelligence Community.
- Management of contract vehicles as well as individual procurements under the Federal Acquisition Regulation and other federal requirements as appropriate.
- Create, implement and manage campaigns to win Federal work as part of SGT’s Digital Solutions portfolio including but not limited to application of the Siemens Xcelerator suite to Federal infrastructure, engineering, research and development, acquisition, testing, production, life‑cycle management, depot operations, and training.
- Drive awards to include winning new standard contracts, delivery orders and task orders.
- Work with resources, internally and externally, including project developers, engineers, finance, legal groups to provide solutions to the customer.
- Collaboratively transition to project development and continue to monitor development progress and implementation.
- Serve as a customer advocate bringing key insights from Federal partner’s missions, expectations and concerns.
- Execute engagement with customer to support products and services and future prospect development.
- Prepare accurate and thorough customer activity reports, forecast reports and proposal expense tracking.
- Represent in large and small strategic venues to include civic and professional organizations and conferences, meetings and seminars.
- Ability to develop strategic roadmaps with customers that utilize Siemens’ energy efficient and digitalization technologies.
- Deploy account strategies, including multi‑year pipeline development.
- Proposal development and management of cross‑functional teams to meet customer requirements.
- Serve as an Ambassador of Siemens Government Technologies in the IC marketplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a similar field.
- Knowledge of and ability to collect data utility analysis.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Federal Energy Contracting experience; preferably customer account management, development or acquisition and or minimum of 15 years of experience in the Intelligence Community or Intelligence Units of the Armed Forces.
- Understanding of Federal government contract vehicles.
- Proven track record of success with previous portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
- Understand federal government agencies, procurement vehicles and general federal market knowledge to achieve successful goals.
- Sales experience required.
- Specific federal agency experience is a plus (i.e. government or military experience).
- Customer Management of Government Customers.
- Candidate must be U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. federal agency security clearance.

The salary range for this position is $ to $. An incentive sales plan target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
