Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Contract Specialist to join a Federal Program located in Arlington, VA through a hybrid work model, onsite one day per week. The Contract Specialist will analyze cost, contract negotiations/modifications, and procurement policies of DoD Research and Development contracts.
Responsibilities- Assisting in the negotiation of contracts
- Analyzing proposed costs and prices
- Preparing required contract file documentation per the FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations
- Analyzing procurement policies and procedures
- 5-8 years of experience as a Contract Officer
- FAR and DFAR Experience
- Experience with PD2
- Experience in government or commercial procurement
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Active Secret Security Clearance Required
- Salary Range: $140,000 - $165,000 flexible based on experience
- Full Benefits:
