- Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination:
Conduct technical liaison and coordination with stakeholders across the Naval Research Enterprise (NRE), Department of Defense (DoD), other federal agencies, and academia. - Meeting & Engagement Support:
Plan, schedule, and facilitate stakeholder meetings and engagements to ensure effective communication and action item resolution. - Status Reporting:
Provide regular status updates to leadership on key stakeholder relationships, collaborations, and identified issues.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.
- Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).
- Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs.
