Senior Procurement Analyst Security Clearance

Position: Senior Procurement Analyst with Security Clearance
Mayvin is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support the Procurement Division and United States Marshals Service (USMS) Personnel as required. The Senior Procurement Analyst interprets Federal and Department Regulatory requirements governing the procurement and advises and assists contracting and operating personnel in applying related policies. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo a Background Investigation (BI) Responsibilities :
* Assist with the review of pre-award and post-award contracting actions
* Conduct file evaluations to review market research findings, determination, and findings, file completeness and accuracy, adherence to USMS and internal DOJ policies, small business requirements, including FAR and DOJ clauses, terms and conditions, and inclusion of appropriate funding (Evaluation will include determining the presence of any applicable errors that must be remedied)
* Disseminate procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
* Assist with the performance of contract administration duties and provide input based on forecasting justification for proposals and activities of the USMS
* Assist with monitoring and updating the USMS Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives' warrant tracking system
