This position is part of a proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award.
Noblis is hiring a CWMD Strategy and Policy Analyst. This will be a full‑time role located onsite at a Government facility in the National Capital Region (NCR). The Analyst shall support Air Force A10 and provide subject‑matter expertise on WMD policy, strategies, and international frameworks across chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threat environments and related guidance/implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdditionally, the Analyst shall provide the following support:
- CWMD and non‑proliferation policy analysis
- Assessment of strategy effectiveness and compliance
- Research on emerging threats and policy impacts
- Development of policy briefs, white papers, and strategic assessments
- Interagency coordination and doctrine development
- Briefing senior leadership
Bachelor's degree & 0 years of experience. In lieu of a degree will also consider an Associate’s & 2 years of experience, or high school diploma & 6 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of WMD threats and non‑proliferation regimes
- Knowledge of international CWMD and CBRN agreements
- Policy analysis, strategic planning, and research expertise
- Background in intelligence analysis, export control, or sanctions
- Familiarity with international security or diplomatic environments
- Foreign language proficiency
- Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret Clearance & SCI eligibility
- Experience with Air Force A10 or similar missions

Posted salary range: USD $53,900.00 – USD $84,200.00 /Yr.
