Senior Procurement Analyst Security Clearance

Position: Senior Procurement Analyst with Security Clearance
Mayvin is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS) in the Procurement Division . The Senior Procurement Analyst interprets federal and departmental regulatory requirements governing procurement and advises and assists contracting and operational personnel in applying applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliant and effective procurement practices. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation. Responsibilities :
* Assist with the review of pre-award and post-award contracting actions
* Conduct file evaluations to review market research findings, determination, and findings, file completeness and accuracy, adherence to USMS and internal DOJ policies, small business requirements, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Justice (DOJ) clauses, terms and conditions, and inclusion of appropriate funding (Evaluation will include determining the presence of any applicable errors that must be remedied)
* Disseminate procurement policies, procedures, and regulations
* Assist with the performance of contract administration duties and provide input based on forecasting justification for proposals and activities of the USMS
* Assist with monitoring and updating the USMS Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives' warrant tracking system
