Duties
Provides analytical and advisory services that support the planning, development, operation, and oversight of regional and functional RFJ programs.
Travels to both overseas and domestic locations to coordinate RFJ actions, train staff, establish RFJ programs, resolve equity conflicts, and advise U.S. and foreign audiences.
Maintains liaison with counterparts and managers across the Department, federal agencies, and USG rewards programs to ensure RFJ operations align seamlessly with State Department priorities and foreign policy.
Prepares agendas and background materials for interagency rewards committee meetings in advance and ensures committee actions are documented.
