CIS Secure is seeking a Journeyman Mission Analyst for its Intrepid Solutions operating company to support a mission-critical Department of the Air Force program. This position will provide Mission Assurance and critical infrastructure analysis in support of Government stakeholders and operational decision-making. The Journeyman Mission Analyst will independently evaluate mission dependencies, infrastructure vulnerabilities, operational risks, and other factors that may affect mission execution.

The selected candidate will support the ongoing identification, validation, periodic revalidation, and continuous improvement of Mission Assurance information, assessments, and related analytical products.

Note:

This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities
* Conduct Mission Assurance analysis in support of Government missions, programs, organizations, and operational priorities.

* Analyze critical infrastructure, mission dependencies, supporting systems, and potential vulnerabilities that may affect mission execution.

* Identify and evaluate risks associated with facilities, infrastructure, systems, resources, and operational dependencies.

* Support the collection, review, validation, and analysis of Mission Assurance information from Government and mission-partner stakeholders.

* Perform ongoing identification, validation, and periodic revalidation of mission-essential functions, supporting infrastructure, and related dependencies.

* Develop and maintain analytical products, assessment documentation, findings, briefings, and supporting materials.

* Review existing Mission Assurance information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and continued operational relevance.

* Assist with identifying gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities to strengthen mission resilience and continuity.

* Coordinate with Government personnel, subject matter experts, installation representatives, and other stakeholders to obtain and validate mission-related information.

* Translate complex operational and infrastructure information into clear findings, recommendations, and decision-support materials.

* Support continuous improvement of Mission Assurance processes, methodologies, analytical products, and data quality.

* Prepare and present analytical findings to Government customers and other authorized stakeholders.

* Perform assigned duties independently while maintaining effective communication with program leadership and Government representatives.

* Protect classified, sensitive, and mission-related information in accordance with applicable security requirements and Government procedures.
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:
This is a full-time onsite position supporting operations at a Government facility in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The selected candidate must be able to perform assigned responsibilities independently and work within the operating schedule established by the customer. TRAVEL:
Limited travel may be required to support Mission Assurance activities, stakeholder coordination, assessments, or other program requirements. Qualifications CLEARANCE:
* A current, active, and valid Top Secret security clearance is required upon application.

* The selected candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information and applicable SCI caveat accesses required by the customer.

* Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining all security clearances and accesses required to perform the work.

* This position requires work onsite within a Government-owned or controlled Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility.
CITIZENSHIP:
* Must be a legal citizen of the United States.

EDUCATION:

* Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in any field from an accredited college or university.
CERTIFICATION(S):
* No professional or industry certification is required for this position.
REQUIRED

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Three to ten years of professional work experience.

* Ability to perform assigned functional duties independently.

* Experience conducting research, analysis, assessments, or other structured evaluation activities.

* Ability to analyze mission requirements, operational dependencies, infrastructure, systems, processes, and associated risks.

* Ability to collect, organize, validate, and evaluate information from multiple sources.

* Experience developing written analytical products, reports, briefings, findings, or recommendations.

* Ability to identify incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or unsupported information and coordinate its resolution.

* Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

* Ability to collaborate effectively with Government personnel, mission partners, subject matter experts, and contractor team members.
