* Provides the full gamut of military personnel support services to the Soldiers assigned to agency.
* Oversees the implementation of HR services programs to ensure level of services are consistent Army-wide.
* Acts as a coordinator for the time keeping system.

Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes providing guidance on Military HR programs that include strength management, personnel readiness, retention, replacement operations, casualty operations, awards, evaluations, separations, personnel actions, and/or mobilization plans/exercises; performing data analytics of logistics data contained within agency systems or programs; building reports in order to assess personnel strength, promotions, talent management, and/or to comply with readiness requirements;
conducts surveillance activities on assigned contracts and/or contractors; and planning and/or developing the complete gamut of security programs for the organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Time in Grade Requirement:
Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12). Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
