Duties & Responsibilities- The Export Integration Specialist assist the Government with executing F‑35 5th Generation aircraft LO and CLO policy activities, ensuring alignment with established DoD and program guidance.
- The Export Integration Specialist supports planning for 5th generation coalition fighter interoperability and operational coordination with international partners.
- Coordinate F‑35 integration and tactics issues with the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Marine Corps to maintain consistent DoD guidance and uniform employment concepts across the services.
- Assist with the assessment of a Capability Development Document compliant air system within National Disclosure Policy guidelines to support international release considerations.
- Coordinate across the JPO enterprise and with other Government agencies to ensure an NDP‑compliant air system is certified for export to international partners.
- The Export Integration Specialist supports export integration planning, service collaboration, and capability alignment activities as required.
- Contribute to interoperability assessments, policy reviews, and integration documentation supporting multinational F‑35 operations and export decisions.
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of F‑35 program export policies, National Disclosure Policy requirements, and international release considerations that impact coalition interoperability and air system certification.
- Skilled in coordinating across multiple U.S. military services and Government agencies to support integration, tactics alignment, and export certification activities.
- Ability to interpret capability development documentation and assess compliance with disclosure, interoperability, and international release guidelines.
- Knowledge of multinational fighter operations, coalition integration factors, and the policy framework that governs 5th generation interoperability.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse technical, operational, and policy stakeholders to support export integration planning and documentation development.
- Skilled in supporting cross‑functional planning efforts related to interoperability assessments, export certification workflows, and integration issue resolution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Air Staff/OSD organizations and processes
- Demonstrated experience with flag-officer level briefings and senior-level interface.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Low Observable / Counter-Low Observable (LO/CLO) LO/CLO aircraft programs and systems
- Other duties as assigned
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Master's Degree in relevant field; or a bachelor's degree and 4 additional years of relevant work experience.
