STR is seeking a highly motivated Principal Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts & Supply Chain team in Arlington, VA. You will lead contract strategy and execution across a diverse portfolio of DoD and Intelligence Community programs, operating independently to guide proposals, negotiations, and compliance.
You will mentor junior staff, review solicitations, negotiate NDAs and teaming agreements, and ensure FAR/DFARS compliance.
