Mayvin is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to provide professional contract support and expertise in support of the mission of the United States Marshals Service (USMS). This position will support contract-related activities, apply knowledge of various federal government contract types, and work independently to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.
Responsibilities :
* Assist government contracting officers with complex large and small purchase contract actions based on the various cradle-to-grave functions
* Prepare for award and assist with administering various contracts and task orders
* Review solicitation packages for completeness
* Prepare Determination & Findings (D&F) and conduct market research in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
* Research and provide statistical data to contracting officers
* Research and prepare market research documentation
