Public Relations Manager II

Required Experience:

• 6 years of experience providing operational and public relations management support in the context of a dynamic, national-level coordination framework consisting of CISA Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) sector-specific and cross-sector councils, high-level governance entities, and specialized working groups.
• Effectively lead in the development and delivery of complete Engagement Packages consisting of agenda, pre-reads, briefing materials, meeting schedule, and logistics documentation in adherence with CISA and DHS style guidelines.
• Capable of leading in the development and delivery of Post-Engagement Summary Notes and Action-Tracking Updates within three (3) business days following each engagement session.
• Manage the final development and delivery of participation data analysis, stakeholder inputs, and engagement effectiveness metrics from Council Meetings and Council related Requests for Information.
• Ability to provide logistical support, in a classified environment, for council meetings to include engaging and interfacing with senior government officials and development of work plans to execute the meeting.
• Proven track record of providing support for strategic communications during dynamic and rapidly evolving events to ensure the timely delivery of clear, concise, and actionable information to a diverse array of stakeholders in classified and unclassified settings.
• Available to provide virtual and in-person meeting support with little to no notice during emergent events.
• Shall lead in the delivery and development of event-specific briefing notes, coordination summaries, and rapid-analysis products when activated for emergent events; ensure emergency event deliverables are documented and included in a consolidated After-Action Summary delivered within ten (10) business days after Government deactivation of the event.
