Position: Scheduling Coordinator (Arlington, VA)

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients across multiple states. Clinicians visit patients at home to provide continuous care for chronic conditions and limited mobility. Job Summary

Scheduling Coordinator (full-time, in-person) | Arlington, VA office. Responsible for managing and coordinating schedules to support our growing House Calls operations. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth scheduling processes and enhance team productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments in line with Provider availability/area.
  • Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and schedule accordingly.
  • Ensure that all messages are completed and distributed appropriately.
  • Reschedule patient appointments as needed.
  • Review and update patient insurance information.
  • Manage a high-volume workload, prioritize tasks to stay organized, and promote prompt, courteous service.
  • Reach out to referring sources for patients expressing scheduling difficulties.
  • Update account information at the point of scheduling.
  • Schedule new patients within 3–5 business days.
  • Handle insurance preauthorizations.
  • Place calls to patients for providers when needed.
  • Handle voicemails daily and resolve inquiries properly.
  • Accurately notation of patient charts to maintain up-to-date accuracy.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required;
    Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Administrative healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software databases throughout the day.
  • Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor with patients and staff.
  • Effective communication across various mediums with staff and patients.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of phone calls.
