License: VA license or license from another state with proof of application for VA license

Certifications:

ARRT (T) and BLS

Must-Have:
State license and ARRT certification.

Experience with Varian True Beams and ARIA electronic medical record (EPIC preferred).
Minimal requests for time off.

Description:

The clinician will administer radiation therapy treatments on Varian True Beam Linear Accelerator.
The patient age group includes adults and geriatrics.
The daily caseload is 30-40 patients.
The duties include general skills in CBCT/kV/mV imaging.

Experience with dosimetry systems such as IMRT and Electron Beam Therapy is required.
Specialty treatment experience in areas like respiratory gating/breath hold for left breast, heterotopic bone, superior vena cava, gynecomastia, and prophylactic treatments is needed.

Experience with specialty cancers/illnesses such as keloids and prostate cancer with seeds/fiducials is also required.
Familiarity with documentation systems, particularly ARIA (EPIC preferred), is necessary.
The facility is smoke and nicotine-free.
Expect to work some holidays.
RTO (requests for time off) must be kept to a minimum.
