Medical Case Management Assistant

A company is looking for a Medical Case Management Assistant - Referrals.

Key Responsibilities Set up members within the case management system and process referrals promptly Assist with incoming calls and monitor dedicated referral emails for new referrals Maintain daily/monthly referral logs and identify trends in referral patterns

Required Qualifications High school diploma required; medical or managed care background preferred Minimum of one year of experience in a medical or managed care environment preferred Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Experience in healthcare-related fields Ability to work proficiently in various computer systems
