Develop Life Skills tailored to each residents unique needs and abilities;
Engage residents in Life Skills throughout the day and evening;
Review resident profile and the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) and talk with residents and family to determine the best Life Skill or life enriching activity;
Record and document resident participation according to Sunrise quality service standards;
Assist Reminiscence Coordinator (RC) to ensure each residents Memory Box is completed within two weeks of move-in
