- Conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans

- Providing training and consultation to school personnel to enhance behavior management skills
- Ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate documentation
