Assisted Stretching / Flexologist™ position

Stretch Lab is seeking personal trainers, athletic trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors and other similarly certified individuals to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain training and experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.

• Love of the boutique environment with a passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
• Required background with certification such as:

• Personal Trainer
• Athletic Trainer
• Massage Therapist
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates Instructor
• Yoga Instructor
• Dance Instructor
• Chiropractor

• Experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on service
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
• Love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals
• Professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to attendance policies
• Available to go through our employer-paid Flexologist Training Program which includes 20 hours of prework online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and practice hours.

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Ensure safety of clients with regard to proper stretch techniques
• Enforce Stretch Lab policies and safety rules
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Be a useful part of retaining current clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations

• This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $16-$30 per hour based on experience and bench vs. idle time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay:
Up to $30.00 per hour to start

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
