Located in Arlington, Virginia, our onsite rehabilitation center features a state-of-the-art facility equipped with modern therapeutic tools and technology designed to facilitate effective treatments. The center provides a collaborative atmosphere where physical therapists work closely with various healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Our schedule promotes work-life balance, with a Monday to Friday, 40-hour shift structure, allowing for consistent support to our patient community while also enabling our staff members a fulfilling personal life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.
  • Implement treatment programs designed to optimize recovery from orthopedic injuries, utilizing manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service by maintaining patient engagement and ensuring effective communication throughout the treatment process.
  • Work collaboratively with a broader healthcare team to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based care protocols.
  • Provide skilled therapeutic care to patients within the facility focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation, while also conducting home visits as required to assess at-home challenges.
  • Educate patients and their caregivers on best practices, self-management strategies, and modifications necessary for successful recovery.
  • Achieve minimum utilization targets and contribute to the financial objectives of the clinic, ensuring sustained operational excellence.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily engage with orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Additionally, there may be opportunities to work with pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. By tailoring your approach to meet the various needs of these diverse patient groups, you will play a significant role in their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
  • Current and valid State License in Physical Therapy.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in providing physical therapy services, particularly in orthopedic settings.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective patient and caregiver interaction.
  • Proficiency in word processing and familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
  • An eagerness to foster strong therapeutic relationships that empower patients to succeed in exceeding their functional goals.
  • A commitment to engaging positively with patients and contributing to the community through outreach initiatives.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration, particularly within a rehab or outpatient setting.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices, particularly in the management of orthopedic conditions.
  • Demonstrable history of successful patient engagement and positive outcome achievements in therapy settings.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an extensive range of benefits, including:
