National Capital Treatment & Recovery in Arlington, VA seeks a Residential Specialist for the Adult Residential Treatment Program. The overnight shift ( Saturdays and Sundays 7pm–7am, every other weekend) supports adults in early recovery in a structured, therapeutic milieu.
Key duties include monitoring patient activities, responding to crises, providing Life Skills training and 12-Step education, documenting changes in logs and patient records, and coordinating transportation when needed.
