• Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and relaxation massage tailored to each client’s needs
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and ensure effective pain management
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend self-care practices for ongoing wellness
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient responses, and progress notes in compliance with health regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care when necessary
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification to practice legally
• Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
• Skilled in various massage modalities including deep tissue therapy and trigger point techniques
• Strong understanding of occupational health principles and best practices for client safety
• Prior experience working in med spas or similar healthcare settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assess patient needs and explain treatment plans clearly
