The RN Bilingual Onsite Health Coach at Evernorth provides personalized health coaching and support to clients in Arlington and McLean, VA. This role is ideal for a passionate healthcare professional who excels in patient engagement and health improvement strategies.

• Pay: $77,500 - $129,100 per year
• Location: Arlington, VA / McLean, VA

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.
• Refer customers to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs as clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and set personalized goals.
• Empower customers to become active participants in their health outcomes.
• Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.
• Lead and support health and wellness promotional activities.
• Perform biometric screenings, including finger sticks and blood pressure checks.
• Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes.
• Support health-related site events, including open enrollment and health fairs.

• Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state required.

• 3+ years of experience in the health and wellness field required.
• 1+ year of health coaching/health education experience required.

• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification required.
