As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide behavioral assessments, and train families on ABA strategies. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement ABA strategies and provide training to families and caregivers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client progress and treatment plans
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
• 1+ years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 annually
