Caregiver; Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on support and foster meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Following Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documenting any changes
• Promoting safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities
• Supporting dining services and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicating effectively with families and care team members
• Creating enriching experiences for Memory Care residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
