Outlet Manager

Overview

Andaz Lisbon is looking for an Outlet Manager to join its team! The soon-to-open Andaz Lisbon will be the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in the Portuguese capital, marking a key milestone in Hyatt’s continued growth in Southern Europe and the first Managed property of the brand in the region.

• Lead and manage the outlet operations, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International corporate strategies and Andaz brand standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive financial success, and foster a positive and engaged team culture.
• Manage the outlet as an independent and profitable business unit, ensuring operational excellence, budget compliance, and maximum guest satisfaction.
• Responsibilities include team leadership, training, scheduling, and maintaining high service standards.

Profile:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role
• Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, including servers, bartenders, and supervisors
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Solid financial acumen: cost control, pricing strategies, and profit margin management
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) for effective interaction with colleagues, suppliers, and guests
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure, ensuring smooth service during peak times
• Experience in supplier relations, contract negotiation, and stock management
• Previous experience in hotel openings will be highly valued
