Description

We are seeking a friendly and courteous Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting, registering, and servicing guests in a professional and sustainable manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards.

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome and provide them with information about hotel amenities and services
• Register guests by obtaining necessary information and verifying their payment method
• Provide guests with room keys and directions to their rooms
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow sustainability standards and procedures to minimize the hotel's impact on the environment
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hilton experience preferred
