Beverage Manager - Main Event Caterers

We are seeking a dynamic and highly knowledgeable Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate the beverage program for Main Event Caterers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fine beverages, including wines, spirits, and crafted cocktails, and will curate sophisticated drink pairings for high-profile events. This role involves menu development, inventory management, team training, and ensuring an exceptional beverage experience for our discerning clientele.

• Client engagement and tastings.
• Other duties may be assigned based on the business demands.

• Strong knowledge of global wines, spirits, cocktails, and non‑alcoholic craft beverages.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and adapt to diverse client needs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and cost control.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event‑based schedules.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in beverage management, mixology, or a similar role in high‑end catering, fine dining, or luxury hospitality.
• Certification in sommelier training, mixology, or beverage management preferred.

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary starting at $60,000 + Event Pay
