This position reports to the Complex Director of Food and Beverage and will supervise as many as 24 front of house team members per shift  In this role, you will be a hands on leader who spends most of their time on the floor touching tables/interfacing with team members

Ideal candidates for the position will possess a minimum of one year restaurant general manager experience in an sales driven establishment or previous multi outlet/hotel food and beverage experience, with an emphasis on beverage sales

** What will I be doing?*
* As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage outlets to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service  This includes but is not limited to:

+ Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service
+ Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
+ Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
+ Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
+ Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service
+ Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff  LI GL1
