We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador to deliver a welcoming, organized, and high-quality onsite experience for employees, guests, and partners. This contract position plays a key role in front-of-house operations, event readiness, and day-to-day workplace support, helping ensure shared spaces remain well-maintained, functional, and guest-ready. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a service-focused approach to managing requests and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive first impression by greeting visitors, assisting employees, and responding promptly to a wide range of service needs.
• Oversee reception and other front-of-house activities, ensuring inquiries are routed quickly and accurately to the appropriate contacts or teams.
• Coordinate the preparation of meeting rooms and event spaces, including arranging furniture, signage, and necessary equipment for scheduled activities.
• Track room reservations, maintain booking records, and keep event calendars current to support smooth daily operations.
• Inspect shared workplace areas regularly and help keep spaces organized, presentable, and ready for use throughout the day.
• Partner with facilities and workplace support teams to address operational requests and provide additional coverage where needed.
• Assist with hospitality-related needs for meetings or events, including light coordination for guest services or catering support when applicable.
