• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring rooms, linens, cart, and equipment are clean and in working order.
• Provide excellent guest service, responding promptly to requests and contributing to overall satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with brand, local, state, and federal regulations; inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work duties to meet required volume; adhere to attendance, grooming, and appearance standards.
• Use equipment and supplies properly and attend required meetings.

• Housekeeping and laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to perform job duties repetitively and in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently.
• Significant bending required.
