Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to

  F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards. Assist guests with friendly, courteous, and professional service and adherence to health regulations. Follow Homewood Suites high standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Cleanliness:
  Maintain cleanliness, ensuring essential amenities and supplies are available in guest rooms. Keep carts, linens, rooms, and equipment clean and in working order.
• Guest Service:
  Accountable for guest satisfaction in housekeeping service. Assist and respond to requests promptly, providing the highest level of quality service. Work as a team player, contributing to departmental needs. Understand and follow Homewood Suites guest service recovery program.
• Safety/
  
  Risk Management:
  
  Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with Homewood Suites, brand, local, state, and federal regulations. Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues. Have knowledge of safe chemical use within housekeeping. Follow procedures for incidents and be familiar with hotel emergency procedures.
• Self‑Management:
  Produce required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing duties. Adhere to attendance, grooming, appearance standards, and department procedures. Attend required meetings. Use equipment and supplies properly.

• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to perform duties in a repetitious, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Significant bending required.
