Guest Service Associate

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, providing directions, handling guest inquiries, and managing valet operations. This role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable customer service skills, and the ability to work various shift schedules.

• Greet and acknowledge guests within five feet, using professional greetings and proper etiquette.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, driving slowly and carefully while operating a manual transmission when required.
• Assist guests with luggage, bell services, and vehicle access, including opening doors and delivering items.
• Provide guests with information on parking rates, directions, taxi services, reservations, and local attractions.
• Complete and maintain all required parking ticket information, including claim checks, key tags, and revenue calculations.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations and deliver messages or guest amenities as requested.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• At least one month of related experience or equivalent education and training.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to read and write standard English.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle money transactions.
• Knowledge of 24‑hour and military time systems and parking rate calculations.
• Capability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.

• Hourly base pay: $19.00.
• Work schedule:
  
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3:30pm – 12:00am;
  Monday/Tuesday 12:00am – 8:00am. Must be able to work one or both of these schedules.

• Work outdoors for extended periods, with exposure to extreme heat and cold; weather protection may be limited.
• Travel up to 5% of time may be required.
