To achievepre-determined revenue targets while maintaining appropriate sales programmesand handling multi-faceted projects.

Maintains a detailed knowledge of Hotel and Hainan R&FOcean Paradise’s facilities, features and services.

Conducts extensive competitor researches and maintainsexcellent Product Knowledge of the hotel.

Plans and makes Sales trips to the parties concerned whichis our current and potential clientele to explore into new business opportunities.

Implements all salesaction plans related to responsibility areas as outlined in the Marketing plan.

Maximises the effectiveness of associates by developing eachof their skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching,and/or mentoring.

Assists to conduct annual Performance Development Discussions with associates and to support them in their professional development goals.

Reads the hotel's associate

Handbook and have an understanding and adhere of hotel's rules and regulation sand in particular, the policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene,health, safety, storyline and concept direction,ocean paradise daily operations, World of Hyatt critical policy and rules.

Minimum 2+ years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

With strong sales experience and execution.
