The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, and market. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality, and implement procedures to increase guest and employee satisfaction.

Salary Range: $67,200 - $75,000
QualificationsQualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years in F&B management preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
