Park Hyatt St. Kitts is seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business results. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining luxury service standards, managing financial performance, developing colleagues, and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality leadership, a proven ability to motivate and develop teams, and a commitment to operational excellence. Working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team, the Food & Beverage Manager will drive service quality, revenue growth, cost control, and compliance with Hyatt brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned Food & Beverage outlets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain luxury service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive revenue through effective service, upselling, and promotional initiatives.
• Monitor and manage labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support outlet growth through innovative programming and guest-focused experiences.

• Previous management experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance and achieve business objectives.
• Passion for guest service and team development.
• Knowledge of food safety and hospitality industry best practices.
