The Role
Nevly is seeking a Recruiter to lead in the sourcing, screening and hiring of professionals operating in the product, marketing, communications and operations spaces. In order to thrive in this position, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, have a demonstrated history of top performance and be interested in playing a leading role in building high performance teams.
Position Responsibilities- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies in tandem with the Company’s management team and designated hiring teams.
- Working with hiring teams to determine job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screening resumes and application forms to identify exceptional candidates.
- Conducting initial screening meetings to assess a candidate’s skill and culture fit with the Company.
- Collecting feedback from hiring team members and help guide the respective team in the decision-making process.
- Handling job offer discussions with selected candidates.
- Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports.
- Staying up to date with new technologies and incorporating that knowledge into the Company’s talent searches.
- Participating in tech and industry conferences as well as meetups to network with professionals.
- Contributing to the overall improvement of the recruitment process and strategies.
- Three (3) plus years of experience as a recruiter.
- Hands on experience with various interview formats.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Deep knowledge of various sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional process building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000
Additional Compensation:
Role eligible for commission based compensation
