* What You Will Do:

** Guidehouse is looking for a Senior Human Resources Specialist to support a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client through data‑driven workforce analysis and assessment program support. This role contributes to mission‑critical HR initiatives by ensuring fair, secure, and effective employee development and promotion processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and passionate about supporting a mission that directly impacts national security.

Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Utilize software to organize, analyze, and present human resources data
* Research policies, procedures, or other operations that require evaluation
* Analyze data to present human resource recommendations in areas such as employee development, assessment, and promotion
* Assists with implementing surveys and assessments of workforce development and promotion programs
* Assists in the planning and execution of testing/assessment centers
* Ensure the integrity, security, and fairness of testing/assessment processes

* What You Will Need:

*** Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
* Bachelor's degree
* SIX (6) or more years of experience supporting Human Resources
* Experience with data analysis
** What Would Be Nice To Have:
*** Experience supporting federal Human Resources
* Master's degree

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
