Title: Recruiter I

Location: Seattle, WA / Arlington, VA

Duration: 12 Months (high possibility of extension)

Pay Range: $35 to $37 per hour

• 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and complex keystring building (will be assessed during the interview).
• Strong technical aptitude and comfort with using AI tools and ATS systems.
• Ability to meet metrics such as achieving 4 hires per month, conducting a specified number of calls, screenings, and email reach-outs, and recruiting for various tech roles.
• High motivation, strong work ethic, quick learning ability, and a genuine enthusiasm for active sourcing and recruiting.
• Capability to work 100% onsite.

• Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles such as Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, and Deployment Technicians.
