HR Analyst - Global Mobility
As an HR Analyst specializing in Global Mobility, you will play a critical role in managing and streamlining international transfers and supporting related HR functions. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day transactions including setting up employee files and initiating vendor services.
- Enter international transfer information into various databases.
- Assist US Global Mobility members in addressing questions from international transfers and vendors.
- Participate in internal audits and escalate issues when necessary.
- Calculate, prepare, and process payroll documentation, loans, and W4s.
- Maintain various tracking reports by leveraging Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Prepare drafts of transfer documents such as offer letters and employment verification letters.
- Pull and analyze reports upon request and at scheduled intervals.
- Ensure high data quality and consistency.
- Support the US immigration program by ensuring data accuracy and managing filings.
- Support Global Mobility projects, including W2 distribution, salary revision, bonuses, home leave, and year-end activities.
- Schedule meetings and book rooms as required.
- Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Process-oriented expertise.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP HR is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to take direction from multiple sources.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or Global Mobility.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with SAP.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
The position is based in Arlington, VA, and follows a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
