Recruiter / Talent Acquisition
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring activities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing the recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage while partnering closely with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a strong hiring experience.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional roles
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system updates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights
- Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of recruiting experience or related talent acquisition experience
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Potential for conversion:
Yes - Pay: $40-41/hour
