The Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates for entry-level roles for our clients. This role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing through online platforms, databases, and networking to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for open and future positions. The Sourcer will collaborate closely with Recruiters and Leaders to meet weekly sourcing goals and hiring targets.

• Source and identify qualified candidates for entry-level positions using job boards, social media, resume databases, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates aligned to market and client needs.
• Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate interest and availability.
• Manage candidate data accurately within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with Recruiters to understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide consistent follow-up and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Meet or exceed weekly sourcing activity metrics (calls, connects, submissions).
• Stay up to date on labor market and sourcing best practices.

• High school diploma required, prior recruitment experience will be helpful.
• Ensures consistent availability during standard business hours to engage with stakeholders and support business needs, while independently managing time and prioritizing work to accommodate flexible sourcing activities.

• High volume recruiting experience will be helpful.
• Able to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
• Knowledge of and the ability to apply the values, best practices, and standards of talent sourcing, such as creating and utilizing Boolean Search Strings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficiency with external platforms such as Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Career Builder, and Monster.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn.
• Able to demonstrate effective customer services skills.
• Able to utilize market research tools and techniques.
• Able to maintain a basic comprehension of and compliance with related federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.
• Working knowledge of data and analytical tools, as well as the recruitment process and job boards.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
