Location:

Arlington, Virginia (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $26 - $36 HOURLY

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process for new employees. You will work under immediate supervision, relying on established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

• Recruit and interview potential candidates.
• Check candidate references to verify qualifications and experience.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Conduct orientation for new employees.
• Perform exit interviews.
• Process changes in employee status.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a relevant area of specialty may be required.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required.

Skills:

Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting.
