This Opportunity:Palladium is seeking a Senior Associate, Human Resources(HR) to support all aspects of HR operations across the Americas. The Senior Associate will be the first point of contact in HR for Palladium’sAmericas employees. This role will facilitate day-to-day HR operations by beingthe primary administrator of internal and external HR systems and tools, benefits,employee onboarding and offboarding; as well as work with Finance to process payroll.
The Senior Associate will also contribute to ad hoc HR process improvement initiatives as needed.
The position is based in Palladium’s Arlington, VA office within our Americas region. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US asvisa sponsorship is not available.
Palladium supports a hybrid working model with 3 days in office, 2 days fromhome.
Compensation:The annual base salary for this position is expected to rangefrom $75,000 to $80,000. Please be advised that a final salary offer will bebased on various factors, including but not limited to your qualifications,education, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and Palladium’s businessor organizational needs.
Reporting and Supervision:- The role will report to the Manager, Human Resources
- This role will not have supervisory responsibilities
Core HR Administration
- Primary administrator of Palladium’s HRIS system which includes HR Compass, HR Module, and Learning Compass
- Day-to-day management of the Human Resources Outlook mailbox, including responding to emails in a timely manner; categorizing and assigning new emails to appropriate HR team members or forwarding as necessary; keeping the mailbox organized by archiving completed requests, flagging follow-up requests, etc.
- Review, update, and manage the electronic HR filing system
- Support semi-monthly payroll by keeping track of employee compensation and benefits updates between pay periods, submitting these changes to the Payroll (Finance) Team and approving the final payroll register
- Manage successful onboarding of new hires, including facilitating set-up in relevant internal and external systems; coordinating with Talent Acquisition (TA), IT, Payroll and Facilities to ensure successful employee set-up on Day 1; drafting and sending welcome emails and meeting invites to new hires; and completing employment verifications, HR orientation/benefits training and send follow up emails and documents
