Vice President of Sales - Defense & National Security

HQ - Arlington, Virginia - requires regular travel to HQ

50% travel

Salary: $180,000k - $190,000k base, uncapped OTE - All benefits + healthcare is 90% covered. Huge earning potential

We re looking for a VP of Sales to lead new business growth in the federal space. This is an individual contributing role that will see you own the full sales cycle,
build lasting relationships across DoD and national security agencies
, and close high-impact, complex deals that directly shape our nation s defense capabilities. Previous experience selling to DoD is essential.

I am specifically looking for folk who have start-up experience selling SaaS or AI solutions directly to DoW program offices or PEOs/PEAs, without the support of integrators. Without this experience, your resume will not be considered.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and close major deals across the national security sector
  • Build and execute strategic account plans
  • Engage C-level decision makers with compelling value propositions
  • Represent the platform at the highest levels of government
What You Bring
  • U.S. Citizenship (required due to federal client requirements)
  • 7+ years of experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a technology-focused environment
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with government clients
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the national security landscape
  • Current possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a U.S. security clearance
  • Experience with defense budgeting, acquisition, or procurement processes (PPBE)
  • Background in startups or entrepreneurial environments
