OneStream Technical Specialist

Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. You will work with leading‑class teams and solutions, helping clients navigate challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we partner with clients to transform finance.

Configure and support One Stream platform capabilities to enable finance processes (e.g., consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting), including workflows, security, metadata, and application settings.

Develop and maintain business rules and automation using  and SQL, including calculations, validations, transformation logic, and scheduled processes.

Build and support integrations between One Stream and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP platforms, data warehouses, and reporting tools) using APIs and standard integration patterns.

Design and optimize cube and relational data models to improve usability, scalability, and performance across large data volumes and complex dimensionality.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues across data loads, calculations, workflows, and reporting; perform root‑cause analysis and implement durable fixes.

Monitor and tune performance (e.g., load times, rule execution, cube processing), applying best practices for query optimization, indexing, and One Stream configuration.

Support testing and release activities including unit/system testing, defect triage, deployment support, and production stabilization.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role.
• 3+ years of experience in technical roles supporting One Stream platform configuration.
• 3+ years of experience in scripting and automation with  and SQL to include automation, business rule development, system integrations, and use of APIs.
• 3+ years of experience designing cube and relational data models, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues in One Stream or similar EPM platforms.
